Welcome to ScriptaAI, an AI-powered script generation application ("App") and its
associated website (collectively, the "Service"), developed and operated by Nano Creative
Labs ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using ScriptaAI, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to
be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including users of the free mode and users who purchase
credits.
Usage Policy: By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also agree to our
Usage Policy,
which defines what content is and is not permitted on ScriptaAI — including rules for training scripts
and generated content. The Usage Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
ScriptaAI is an AI-powered mobile application that helps users generate long-form scripts for video
content, powered by Google's Gemini AI model. The Service is available in two modes:
Free Mode
Use Your Own API Key
Connect your personal Google Gemini API key to generate scripts at no cost
through ScriptaAI. Usage is governed by your own Google account and API quotas.
Paid Mode
Purchase Credits
Buy ScriptaAI credits through the Google Play Store to generate scripts using
our managed Gemini API access. No API key required.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or
without notice.
Google Sign-In
You must sign in using a valid Google account to access ScriptaAI. By signing in, you authorize us to
collect your Google email address and display name as described in our Privacy Policy.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that
occurs under your ScriptaAI account. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any
unauthorized use.
One Account Per User
You may not create multiple accounts to gain additional free credits or circumvent any limitations.
We reserve the right to terminate duplicate or fraudulent accounts.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use ScriptaAI. If you are under 18, you must have parental or
guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
ScriptaAI's paid mode operates on a credit system. Credits are consumed each time you generate a script
using our managed API access.
Purchasing Credits
Credits are purchased as in-app purchases through the Google Play Store. All
transactions are processed by Google and subject to Google Play's payment terms.
Credit Expiry
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, credits do not expire and remain available until
used or until your account is terminated.
What Happens When Credits Run Out
When your purchased credits are depleted, script generation in paid mode will be paused. You will be
prompted to either purchase additional credits or switch to Free Mode by providing your own Gemini
API key to continue generating scripts.
⚠️ No Transfers or Cash Value: Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred,
exchanged, or refunded outside of Google Play's refund policy. Credits are tied to your ScriptaAI
account and cannot be shared.
Refund Policy
All credit purchases are subject to Google Play's refund policy. We do not offer
independent refunds outside of this policy. To request a refund, please use the Google Play Store's
refund process directly.
ScriptaAI allows you to use the app at no cost by providing your own Google Gemini API
key. When using Free Mode:
Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your Gemini API key, including its security, usage limits, and any
associated costs charged by Google. Nano Creative Labs is not liable for any charges incurred on
your Google account.
Key Security
Never share your API key publicly. Your API key is stored locally on your device and is used only to
make generation requests on your behalf.
Google's Terms Apply
Your use of the Gemini API through Free Mode is also subject to Google's API Terms of Service and
Gemini API usage policies.
✓ Free Mode is always available — even after your paid credits run out, you can
continue using ScriptaAI by switching to Free Mode with your own API key.
You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the scripts you generate using ScriptaAI. By using the
Service, you agree not to generate, distribute, or use any content that:
- ✕ Is harmful, abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or hateful toward
any individual or group
- ✕ Is illegal or promotes illegal activities under applicable law, including
Indian law
- ✕ Contains false, misleading, or deceptive health or medical information
intended to harm or deceive
- ✕ Infringes on the intellectual property rights, privacy, or other rights of
any third party
- ✕ Is sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic
- ✕ Is intended to manipulate, deceive, or defraud users or third parties
- ✕ Attempts to reverse-engineer, exploit, or circumvent the App's security or
credit system
- ✕ Uses the Service to train or develop competing AI models without our
written consent

content. Such content is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute
professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always encourage audiences to consult qualified

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these use restrictions,
without refund of any unused credits.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the scripts and content you generate using ScriptaAI. By using the Service,
you grant Nano Creative Labs a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and process
your generated content solely to provide the Service.
Our Property
The ScriptaAI app, website, branding, interface design, and underlying technology are the
intellectual property of Nano Creative Labs. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or
reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our express written permission.
AI-Generated Content Ownership
The legal status of AI-generated content ownership varies by jurisdiction. You are responsible for
ensuring that your use of generated scripts complies with applicable copyright laws in your region.
ScriptaAI uses Google's Gemini AI model to generate scripts based on your inputs. Please be aware of the
following:
Accuracy Not Guaranteed
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information. You should review and
verify all generated content before publishing or distributing it.
No Professional Advice
Nothing generated by ScriptaAI constitutes medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.
Generated health-related stories are intended as inspirational and informational storytelling only.
Output Variability
AI outputs may vary in quality, length, and style between generations. We do not guarantee that any
specific output will meet your expectations, and credits consumed during generation are
non-refundable on this basis.
Important: Nano Creative Labs is not responsible for any decisions made based on
AI-generated content, or for any harm resulting from publishing or distributing scripts produced by the
Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nano Creative Labs, its founders, employees, and
affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to:
Loss of Data or Scripts
We are not liable for any loss of generated scripts or account data, including losses resulting from
technical failures or account termination.
Third-Party Service Issues
We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or changes made by Google (Gemini API, Play Store,
Sign-In), Supabase, or BillDesk that affect the Service.
API Key Misuse
We are not responsible for unauthorized use of your Gemini API key or any charges incurred when using
Free Mode.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties
of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular
purpose, or non-infringement.
By You
You may stop using ScriptaAI at any time. To request account deletion and removal of your data,
please contact us at the email below. Any unused credits at the time of deletion are non-refundable
unless covered by Google Play's refund policy.
By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service if you violate
these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion, with or
without prior notice.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual
property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, applicable law, or
business practices. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated"
date at the top of this page and notify you through the App or via the email address associated with
your account.
Your continued use of ScriptaAI after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised
Terms. If you disagree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
