Usage Policy
Overview
ScriptaAI is a professional AI script generation tool built for YouTube content creators. Our platform uses Google's Gemini AI model to generate scripts trained on your personal writing style.
To ensure ScriptaAI remains a safe, legal, and high-quality platform for all users, this Usage Policy defines what content is and is not permitted — both as training input and as generated output.
Prohibited Content
The following types of content are strictly prohibited on ScriptaAI. You may not upload, submit, generate, or distribute any content that falls into these categories:
- ✕ Sexual or explicit content — any content that is sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene in nature, regardless of context or claimed artistic intent.
- ✕ Content involving minors — any sexual, romantic, or otherwise inappropriate content that involves or is directed at individuals under the age of 18. This is a zero-tolerance violation.
- ✕ Hate speech & discrimination — content that promotes, glorifies, or incites hatred, violence, or discrimination against any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
- ✕ Violence & harm — content that glorifies, encourages, or provides instruction for real-world violence, self-harm, suicide, or harm to others.
- ✕ Misinformation & dangerous content — content that spreads medical misinformation, promotes dangerous conspiracy theories, or could cause direct harm to readers or viewers.
- ✕ Illegal activity — content that instructs, encourages, or facilitates illegal activity under Indian law or the laws of the user's jurisdiction.
- ✕ Spam & platform manipulation — using ScriptaAI to generate content designed to manipulate search engines, spam social platforms, or violate the content policies of YouTube or other platforms.
- ✕ Impersonation — generating content designed to impersonate real individuals, brands, or organizations in a misleading or defamatory way.
- ✕ Copyright infringement — uploading training scripts that consist of copyrighted material you do not own or have the rights to use.
Training Script Rules
Training scripts are the content you upload to teach ScriptaAI your personal writing style. The following rules apply to all training script uploads:
Training scripts must be original content written by you. Uploading scripts written by others, scraped from the internet, or generated by other AI tools without proper rights is not permitted.
All content in your training scripts must comply with the Prohibited Content rules in Section 02. Uploading prohibited content as a training script — even if framed as "fiction" or "creative writing" — is a violation of this policy.
Training scripts are used solely to analyze your writing style — sentence structure, vocabulary, tone, and pacing. They are not intended to be reproduced verbatim in generated output.
Permitted training script content includes:
- ✓Your own YouTube scripts, blog posts, or articles
- ✓Original storytelling, narration, or educational content you authored
- ✓Public domain content you have verified is legally free to use
- ✓Content in any language, provided it follows all other rules in this policy
Generated Content Rules
You are solely responsible for how you use content generated by ScriptaAI. The following rules apply to all generated scripts:
AI-generated content may occasionally produce inaccurate, outdated, or unexpected output. You must review all generated scripts before publishing or distributing them on any platform.
You are responsible for ensuring that generated content complies with the content policies of any platform you publish on, including YouTube's Community Guidelines, AdSense policies, and monetization requirements.
Generated scripts must not be used to spread misinformation, harass individuals, impersonate others, or engage in any activity prohibited under Section 02 of this policy.
Where required by applicable law or platform policy, you are responsible for disclosing that your content was generated with the assistance of AI tools.
AI Safety & Filters
ScriptaAI uses Google's Gemini AI model, which includes built-in safety filters that automatically detect and block harmful, explicit, or policy-violating content.
If your training scripts or generation prompts contain content that triggers Gemini's safety filters, the generation request will be blocked and you will receive an error message. This is the intended behavior and not a bug.
Credits are deducted only upon successful script generation. If a generation is blocked by AI safety filters due to policy-violating content in your training scripts or prompt, credits will not be charged for that attempt.
Any attempt to circumvent, manipulate, or bypass Gemini's safety filters — including through prompt injection, obfuscated content, or coded language — is a serious violation of this policy and will result in immediate account termination.
Enforcement
Nano Creative Labs reserves the right to take action against any account that violates this Usage Policy. Enforcement actions may include:
For minor or first-time violations, we may issue a warning and remove the offending content without suspending the account.
Accounts found repeatedly violating this policy or committing moderate violations may be temporarily suspended. Unused credits will be held during suspension and may be forfeited upon review.
Accounts that commit serious violations — including uploading prohibited content involving minors, attempting to bypass safety filters, or engaging in illegal activity — will be permanently terminated. All credits are forfeited and no refund will be issued.
Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behavior on ScriptaAI that you believe violates this Usage Policy, please report it to us immediately. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
